Jerks. "Diagnosed" non-existing problems, gave me an inflated $700 estimate, then charged me a ridiculous "diagnostic fee" when I refused to let them overcharge me. Got the battery I needed (which was ALL that I needed) elesewhere for $50 less than they wanted. Spent $150, not $700.
