I made a last minute change for an oil change due to Midas's advertised discount, and there was no problem at all. I was even late for my appointment, I overslept, and that was no problem either. I didn't even ask about the free tire rotation, which was part of the offer. The customer service and service techs were clean and professional, and I would definitely recommend the East Brunswick, New Jersey shop to others. Thanks for a great discount.

My name is Rob and I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of your facilities in Englishtown, NJ. I recently purchased a used car and needed an oil change. My service writer, AJ San Fillipo, was particularly helpful. Despite my lack of automotive knowledge, AJ was patient and polite. He identified some issues, such as a bubble on my tire, but unlike other automotive service facilities, he did not pressure me into any additional services. I opted not to purchase a new tire immediately and shopped around and asked if they could put on the donut tire for a temporary solution. He mentioned a $30 fee for this service. Given my recent unemployment, I decided to call AAA for assistance instead. AJ, along with another employee, discussed my situation and, to my surprise, decided to install the donut tire and fill it with air at no charge, saving me one of my AAA service calls. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and share my positive experience. It is reassuring to know that Midas has compassionate employees who prioritize customer satisfaction over profits.
