I was visiting my boyfriend who lives in Springfield and we went to go shopping my car was making a horrible metal against metal sound . took it to a tire shop but they could not look at it then brought it to Midas Nicholas came outside and right away

First time coming to this MIDAS on Boston Rd in Spfld, Ma. Very nice personal. We had questions about other issues with our car and were explained with clarity. Made an appointment to have our AC CHECKED. We have found a place for our car to be taken care of. Thank you

Aaron was knowledgeable and professional after I was told by another garage that I needed front brakes. That simply was not true! I will need to replace them eventually but not now. They replaced two of my tire monitoring sensors which I knew were bad. Will be returning here!

My daughter was stuck. She’s away from home at college. When I called to ask for help, they totally took her in and took care of her car. They were clear with what needed to be done. The price was super reasonable. And most of all they made, my daughter feel comfortable when she was there alone. Kindness and professionalism means the world! from now on any car trouble she has at school. She will go to Midas. Thank you guys!!

I've never had a problem here. I've been going for a while to get regular oil changes. This time was a headlight bulb. I arrived a little late on Valentines day and they took me anyway! I was asked to be there by 4 and made it by 415-420. They still serviced my vehicle!

I went in and was greeted with a friendly smile from Mike, And when asked if could get oil change at that time he told me not problem and told me about 30- to 45 min . I waited and had a real nice conversation with Mike after when I paid and it was even less than I expected ,I was more than satisfied when I left ,I have brought all my cars to this Midas since we have moved to Springfield ,they have never tried to up sale me that I know of and Have always been very polite and courteous to me
