Staff was professional, courteous and kind. My car ended up needing a lot of work and staff provided clear evidence for each item with solid recommendations on what was essential and what work could be delayed. Staff gave clear estimates of each aspect and worked to get it all completed in one day, getting needed parts efficiently and completing tasks diligently.

I needed a battery I was taking care of very nicely

While I was waiting I got a phone call from my ten year old asking for lunch, one of the workers overheard the conversation and offered to drive me home and then pick me up when service was complete
