Very good quality car-service shop at a reasonable price. No problems.

I am a 40 year customer of Midas at this location. After a recent visit for an oil change a problem arose with a part that was reinstalled after the change. It was most probably an oversight by the mechanic. I went by and explained the "problem" to the manager, Mike. He listened to everything I said and told me Midas would order the part needed and made an appointment for installation. I came in on Saturday morning, the part was waiting and installed and I went on my way. The professional manner of both managers I came in contact with was exemplary. The complaint was handled to my satisfaction and I will continue to use Midas. The part was an undercarriage shield on a Kia Sorento.

Mike was great explaining everything to me. Even though it was a bad situation (stolen catalytic converter) he made it less than traumatic for me. He was accurate and got the replacement quickly and was in communication with me throughout.
