Went to full synthetic oil changes for my Honda CR-V car today. The customer specialist is great and very helpful and he gave me a discount automatically without even ask. They checked everything and did the tires rotation in 15 minutes. Excellent service

Staff was super nice, friendly and communicative. They explained my options well and weren’t pushy about anything. My car sounds 1000% better now.

Worth the money

Great customer service, I was able to use a coupon for my oil change which was great! I had not expected that, they also replaced my windshield wipers for me with wipers I brought myself for a small fee. Very happy with their service and will definitely be returning to it for regular service.

Good customer service, fast service

I had a Groupon for this service. I called to make the appointment, then called back later, to ask for an earlier time. This did not present any problem with the person with whom I spoke. The people there were both friendly & professional. When I got there, I asked for an approximate time for the service. They were true to their word & have gained a new customer!

Charlie was extremely helpful and made the process easy. they also did the job very quickly and included extra beyond the scheduled service

Mike was OUTSTANDING in regards to communication & customer service!

Harry and another technician (I don't remember his name) was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They asked what I thought was wrong with my car, checked it for exhaust problems and ran a diagnostic test. They explained everything that was wrong with my car and didn't take advantage of my situation. Turned out that my transmission slips and it needed to be replaced. Since my car was under warranty, they told me to take it back to the dealer and to have it replaced.

The general manager, Michael E, went out of his way to make sure I had a seamless and efficient experience. His shop caught a problem that my local auto body missed, and saved me money throughout the process. I recommend this Midas with no reservations
