I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was told they would be right with me , since they had a customer they was waiting on. Ben was professional dressed, very helpful and courteous on my needs. Lamont did a great job of getting me in and out of no time .The reason I went to the store was because I heard that it was under a new district manager that I had heard highly of Chris Grant. they explained everything they did to my car and explained all the charges. As I waited on my car, I noticed how professional they were and assisted every customer with knowledge and professionalism.

Everything was professionally done in the oil change procedure. I had a problem that I shared, after they greeted me for the requested oil change. The truck recently had a problem taking a gas fill up. The mechanic checked the gas line from the gas cap to the gas tank.......and discovered a 'Dirt Dobber' nest built over the space between the gas tank and fuel line! Nest removed as mechanic ran from garage lane.

The Hixson store did a great job repairing my Jeep and installing 4 new tires. Fast friendly service and quick appointment.
