Great customer service is hard to find these days. Not at Big O Tires!!! Seth went above great customer service!! He provided excellent customer service in finding the best deal for me!!! I can't say enough good things about Seth and Troy!! They are awesome!!!

They were a great group of guys and short handed. The time was towards end of day but they still treated me like their first customer and did all the checks they were supposed to and informed me of a minor problem and gave me an estimate for brakes. Really good information and did a great job

Friendly knowledgeable staff, great service!

The steering was very loose and they fixed it great! They replaced the steering gear box, power steering fluid and realigned it so now it's steering like new. The nice thing is that they were able to get me right in and had it fixed within a few hours or so. Thanks!

We had an issue that destroyed two front tires they took care of it paid for the tires and got us on down road

Had a problem with my tires that only had about 9000 miles on them. Seth Williams was at the front desk and went above and beyond to make me happy. He was very polite and got the job done. If you want to deal with professional ask for Seth.
