Trisha and the team were very accommodating, everything she said was done, actually under the quote. I would definitely recommend Big O tires in Enid, Ok.

This is my second set of 4 tires purchased in a little over 2 years. The crew has changed but the service has not. Was able to get right in and tires were mounted in a fairly decent time. I first checked out another tire store for pricing, then went back to Big O and sure enough they were able to beat the other competitors price for almost the same exact tires. Will keep going back as long as they are in business and have great offers.

A"Service Engine Soon" light was on and the diagnosis was quick and free on my latest visit. I have been taking my personal cars to this shop for years and have always been treated courteously and have always received professional service. I went to visit my son for thanksgiving and noticed I had a bad tire on thanksgiving day and I had a 12hour drive back home on Saturday and I needed tires.I went down to Big O Friday morning and they set me up with some tires and found a few issues that needed attention and the bill just kept growing and they did everything to get me the best deals they had and I'm very happy with the service I got in the Enid Oklahoma store

The lady that checked me in was really nice and made me feel very comfortable. I came in close to closing time and she didn’t seem upset or anything! I’ll definitely be back!
