Had a nail in my tire - brought in the car without an appointment and had it fixed very quickly (actually replaced the tire under the road hazard warranty). Extremely happy with the experience.

Went to Big O Tires this morning because of an alert on my car that one of the tires had low air pressure. Walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Troy. While I was waiting for my tire to be repaired, I heard him interact with other customers and he was always courteous. Although they were quite busy, they got the repair done in a timely manner. Thanks!

Went to another tire service place in my city (Enid, Ok.) and was treated like a second-class citizen. I had never been to big O tires before so I decided to try it out. To my pleasant surprise I was treated like royalty. The knowledgeable staff was quick, friendly, and enthusiastic. It seems like they really care. I wasn't sold on anything I didn't need. Everything they told me, they backed up with proof. The service was excellent and cost effective pricing, very reasonable. 10 out of 10 I would recommend and will definitely be returning.

I came in to have my tires balanced and then had a thermostat installed..Good work and what seemed like very good employes in the shop. Staff in the showroom were great. I watched them handle business and customer with a problem. I will be back again..

I had a tire emergency and needed new tires right away. Jake answered the phone in a professional and courteous way and set me up an appointment with the half hour, with affordable tires. When I arrived I was greeted by name and treated nicer than I ever have been by a repair shop. They didn't try to upsale me, which is why I'll return for future needs. Chris did an outstanding job.

A good place to do business with

I brought my car in for an oil change. The staff was courteous and efficient. My car was finished in less than an hour! Big O has always been my go to for tires and oil changes. They are knowledgeable and honest. They will always have me as a customer!
