They were able to get my oil changed and tires rotated quickly so I didn't have long to wait, just long enough to enjoy my free cup of coffee. The best part is I paid less for both services than I would have for a single oil change at Jiffy Lube! The customer service was the best I've had in town. Keep up the excellent work men!

Went to Big O Tires this morning because of an alert on my car that one of the tires had low air pressure. Walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Troy. While I was waiting for my tire to be repaired, I heard him interact with other customers and he was always courteous. Although they were quite busy, they got the repair done in a timely manner. I appreciated the fact that one of the managers transported me home while my vehicle was being serviced and picked me up from home when my car was repaired. When there were subsequent problems with the repair that caused me a tremendous amount of stress Big O acknowledged their oversight and assisted me in resolving all of the issues, legal and otherwise, until my car was completely repaired.
