The sales staff is always friendly and helps out with any questions you have. They did a free inspection and let me know of things that need to be fixed on my car. The techs got my vehicle in and out very fast and excellent service. They easily found tires in my size for a great price. I highly recommend you see Tricia and her team at Big O.

I have been buying my tires at this shop for years under various managers but always get high quality customer service and professional work done regardless of who is running it. Many years ago I had need to have my tires serviced at a Big O Tires in a different state and found the same customer service and workmanship. My warranty was honored just as if I had purchased them there. I have no need to shop around. Big O Tires is where I will have my tire work done.

After a rocky start (replaced the rack & pinion and then the power steering pump, only to have to replace the pump again), Nick did a stellar job of making sure our car left the shop in excellent running condition!
