Well twice now I went in because my car is making a noise I wanted gone. First was told braked and Rotors were the cause of it 250 later noise still there. Went back days later told them i just want the noise gone will you ride with me and tell me what it is. They said wheel barring then the looked at it in the shop o ya it's defiantly the wheel barring that will clear the noise right up. And if your doing one it's best to do both. Ok I just want the noise gone. Got quoted 300 I told them i would be back after Christmas. Saved the 300 went in and then told me it was now 430.... talked them down to 380. They changed the wheel barring not only is the noise still there after 630 dollar. But now it sounds like a pic is oinking when I step on my breaks... I went directly back they looked over there work and said well we dining out it back together wrong we didn't miss a step drive it around and after 4 days maybe it will quiet down on that noise and now with my job being the same hours that they are open I have no choice but deal with it for a whole week till Saturday and the noise is still there and the oinking noise. Extremely in happy big o has never done this before. I threw away 630 dollar and still has not dented my problem. But hey now they say it's this other part that causing the noise it has to be. Yea idk

I was disappointed in the price, 93 bucks to get my oil changed and tires rotated. 36 of that was for the tire rotation? 5 minutes with a impact wrench is worth $36? Second time in a row I've been disappointed in this store.

Dear Rusty Coats. I am so mad i cant believe your Manager Jim. I called on May 25 talked to Troy about some breakes. He said I could bring my car in and my car would be the firat to have looked at. Well, they where behind from friday and i had to call them constantly to find out what was going on with my car. Jim was the one i was dealing with and he needs to go. So it now 2:30 and he has never called me. I call him after 2/3 times to find out what is going on with my car. At 2:43 i called Jim. He told me I need new brakes for the front and did I need it done today. I said yes as it should have been done already. As the day passed its now 6:30 pm on Sat. I never heard from Jim and i had a feeling he wasnt working on it . he told me he was waiting on the parts was the last i heard from him cause i called at 2:43. I had a friend come by ..sure enough no one was there and my car is locked up in garage. It is a Sat so closed Sunday and Monday. So they have had my car now for 4 days and still nothing is done I give a solid zero for your company! Who keeps your car and doesnt call you. Jim needs to be fired! This is BS!

Thank you for all you did. I got my oil changed. My csr was very friendly and polite. We need feedback too. I am grateful for your 22 point check. But, there is no feedback. Can we have a printout of what you checked, what I need to be aware of and when my next service should be. I was given notice of my next needed oil change. There are other services each car must undergo. Plus, there were lights on my dash. Warning lights. Could my mechanic have helped me with what needed to be done for each of those? I cannot answer product knowledge. Thats not fair I have to rate that one. I had no experience this time with that category. Thank you again for your help.

I spoke to Chuck at Big O tires in Enid about getting a set of tires put on my fleet vehicle, Chuck checked availability and told me to come down so I can leave him the truck. When I arrived, he tried looking me up in the system, but could not. The manager was not around he said he would be back in a couple of minutes. He told me to sit down and wait. At the time, 2 other customers showed and they helped them instead. I waited for 33 minutes I stood up and walked out. It looks like Big O is up to their old antics again. Poor customer service I once had high hopes but now I will only go to Hibdon Tires. At least there I get treated right.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, effecient, service excellent, could not ask for better. But I had to give you a less than a stellar review because it is HOT here, and you have no air conditioning! Five customers waiting and sweating in the showroom and no place for staff to come in and cool off.

I waited for 2.5 house to get 2 tires. I had left at one point to walk to get lunch and kill time, came back over 2 hours later and my car was still not in the shop. I'm pretty positive they pulled other cars in before me that came in after. We ended up just purchasing the tires and getting them mounted at another tire shop. It took the other shop literally 15 minutes to mount and balance both tires. The manager was indifferent about the inconvenience and did not seem to care at all about wasting our day. While checking out, another gentleman came in to pick up his car that he had dropped off at 11 AM, it still wasn't done. It was after 3 PM at this point. Ridiculous.

Told them I needed a new passenger front tire because of a HUGE bubble. Tech replaced drivers side instead. Spend 2.5 hours waiting for one tire to be changed. Store was hot and flies were annoying.

I brought a tire in Monday that had a nail in it. Outside the regular perimeters of repair, ( at least that's what I've been told when bringing tires in the past in with a nail or puncture in this area) The tire was off of a car my wife's son drives at college that was up for the weekend and it went flat. We bought a 3 year full replacement policy in which we are in the time frame. But the manager said he could fix that ? I question him about being outside the perimeter , he continued that he felt it would be ok? I've had a lot of tires patched in my day. This used to not be a problem until new guidelines were set out several years ago, nothing repaired outside these lines? So, I am confused, concerned, and somewhat troubled. I like the tire patched and repair they use. But after being trained for the last several years this repair was a no go, you can understand my concern. I took the car in Tuesday to have them put the repaired tire back on , move it off the front to the back( in case of a blowout) and rotate the rest. I took a pic of the repair, and I am keeping it. All other tires that had a puncture outside the guidlines was an automatic new tire replacement , some had warranty's others not. My wife's son drives from okc to enid about every weeekend. And all over okc. I have written Big O asking what the perimeter of their tire repair policy was but have not gotten a reply, not saying anything about this situation , for I just want to know what the basic policy is. The last few tires that I've taken in to have repaired in this type situation were denied repair. I hope you understand my concern. Other than this question everything else was excellent. But you know how it is , it just takes one ah shit, to screw up a thousand atta boys! Thanks Ratings could change depending the reply to this comment.

I was there for over 4 hours all to have the tire senors removed from factory tires and place into my aftermarket tires, and balance the tires. They damaged a valve stem and one of the aftermarket rims and now wont hold air. I will not ever bring another vehicle back to big o tires. I use to believe they were the best in town, and was when the champi owned them

My experience at Big o Tire as usual was great the people are very friendly and seemed like they were knowledgeable about what they're doing , problem with them is the quality of work and I'll leave it at that, but my last visit was great and my brakes seem to be working like new so new management better service for now

My sons pickup was damaged with two dents and scratches. When pickup finished son drove home told me it was driving funny and his onboard computer was saying different tire pressure. We check the tire pressure in all tires with manual gauge with two different gauges. The tires were 48, 38 42 and 35. This is not what I would expect from a professional business. We purchased 4 new tires at over $1000. Poor service.

I took my Tahoe in for oil change. Told the man I had a coupon for 24 dollar oil change. Then when I picked it up, I was told it would be 50 dollars. I told this guy about my coupon then my new total was 39 dollars. When I asked why so much, I was told it was because my Tahoe took 1 extra quart of oil. Mind you this is bulk oil. I said ok but I was never coming back. Then he begrudgingly lowered it to 29 dollars said he would get into trouble for it. I said no I would pay but he changed it. You have a new discount tire store across the street. I have heard good things about them.
