Big O Tires

Needed a o2 censor replaced took 2 hrs for them to decide they couldnt handle the job. Rounded off the nut head. Had to take it to a muffler shop they used the correct tools in and out 15 minutes. Guess you guys should stick to tires not mechanics

I've always had good service but for some reason they can't seem to get an alignment right on my truck. I'll be taking it in for a 3rd time to see if they can get it.

Took a tire in for repair. Had a hole outside the regular guidelines of repair. But seeing it had a replacement warranty in affect the tire was plugged. Not satisfied. Should've been replaced no questions ask.

I felt they did a good job.

Appt at 10. Come back 11:30 and had not started. Let walk in customers cars go first ;(. Nice front desk worker. But unorganized

I only have one gripe. I came in for a patch on the front left tire, I was there for several hours (3 or 4) it's easily excusable for high volume business day, though, as I looked around, it wasn't. But then I'm approached about changing my oil (I'm about 60% oil life efficiency currently), my air filter, and my cabin air filter. I didn't ask for these things to be checked. I understand if that's simply your business practice, however, it ate up valuable time of mine. In short, it's hard to pitch an up sale, when you can't keep your service bay times down. That being said, the staff were friendly and polite. I noticed the air was checked and serviced in all 4 tires (also something I didn't request, but still happy to see signs that the service team were taking valid efforts to go above and beyond, even when an upsale wasn't the justifiable reason) all in all, I'm pleased, and would recommend this location to others

Took 3hours to change oil and breakpads

The visit was very pleasant

I asked for oil change and air filter change because they recommended air filter last trip so this time i said oil and air filter. I sat in shop for almost 3 hours they did not change air filter but had nerve to recommend other services like windsheild wipers when they didnt do what i asked. When i got in truck to leave there was oil handprints on outside of truck and on both front seats and console. I detailed truck before i went for oil change. Worst experience ever at Big O and i will not be coming back

Unfortunately, this visit to your store did not go well. I came in Tuesday morning to exercise my privilege to have my tires rotated and balanced under the complimentary agreement when the tires were purchased at this store. The technician only balanced two of the four tires. The rear tires were balanced and put on the front axle and the front tires were simply moved to the rear without being balanced. I had watched the process from outside the garage door and questioned the technician why he only balanced the two tires. He gave my some bullsh*t reason and stated that was what the work order stated or current policy or something"�I couldn't quite hear it all. When paying for the new air filter I agreed to have installed, I expressed my concern to the manager who was also taken back by what happened. The manager asked if he could put the car back up on the lift and do the other two tires. Unfortunately, by this time, my schedule now wouldn't allow it. The manager said he would talk with the technician after I left. Driving to work I could feel a definite vibration at 45mph through the seat indicating the out of balance nature of the rear two tires. Since my wife needed to drive this vehicle to Oklahoma City on Thursday, I made arrangements to pay to have the tires rebalanced and a four-wheel alignment done at another location on Wednesday.

Fast, friendly, efficient service.

Clean place with old popcorn being served. The service was priced average to the town however the same part I purchased, they purchased and would not install the one I purchased.

Excellent service in a timely manner

I spent almost $1,000 to fix a "noise"� that my car was making. I got it home and no change at all. I took it back and it was diagnosed with something else that would be a $600 plus repair. I declined.

The little dog peed on the floor, not cool. They rotated my tires but forgot to fix the tire that had a nail in it. They never reset the available % of oil after a oil change. Always a huge personal turnover, but somebody always does a great job, this time the manager, so I keep coming back.

I drop my truck off to have a flat fixed and get my wheels balanced. When I picked up my truck, the tires had been balanced and rotated which I didn't ask for my tires to be rotated and now my wheels feel like they are more out of balance that when I took them in.
