I thoroughly enjoy bringing my vehicles down to have Big O Tire's to do the services I need to be preformed on them. I have gotten to know every single person there on such a personal level, I feel as if I work with them everyday. Money is not a matter to me at Big O Tire because I know that I am going to get the best services I could ever ask for. Thank you for having such a fun friendly environment to were I feel as if I am more than just a customer to your staff. Had a problem with my tires that only had about 9000 miles on them. Seth Williams was at the front desk and went above and beyond to make me happy. He was very polite and got the job done. If you want to deal with professional ask for Seth.

I took my Tahoe in for oil change. Told the man I had a coupon for 24 dollar oil change. Then when I picked it up, I was told it would be 50 dollars. I told this guy about my coupon then my new total was 39 dollars. When I asked why so much, I was told it was because my Tahoe took 1 extra quart of oil. Mind you this is bulk oil. I said ok but I was never coming back. Then he begrudgingly lowered it to 29 dollars said he would get into trouble for it. I said no I would pay but he changed it. You have a new discount tire store across the street. I have heard good things about them.

My appt was for 1:00. I arrived 10 min early. At 2:00 my car still hadn't been pulled in to work on. I asked about it. Was told they'd get right on it. My car wasn't done until 3:00 and I was sitting waiting the whole time. I noticed my service light hadn't been turned off and when I asked them to turn it off they didn't know how so I googled it myself when I got home and turned it off.

The only issue was it took longer than expected.

The side wall Design on my rear tires was backwards they mounted my tires wrong looking like two different sets of tires

Great people, my only complaint is that I had them order tires for me. They called me and told me they were in so I came in and waited for them to swap them out, 3 hours later it turned out my tires never came in. They Reordered the tires and they didn't come in for another week. I usually wouldn't have cared if my tires at the time were not already long beyond their service life. I needed them replaced sooner not later.

Took to long to put new tires on. And when you only have one ballencing machine going with multiple people getting tires

I have a Honda CRV and I haven't drove it very much since I got it back from getting the tires on it. It pulls to the hard right and real bumpy riding. It wasn't like that before I took it in to your store. I need it fixed soon.

You should inform customers of all services and pricing before the service occurs ( like 22 pt ck) etc.

I found a screw in my tire, and they were able to remove and fix it in 30 minutes. Only problem....I had Nitrogen in all my tires when I purchased it, and I don't know if they used Nitrogen in repaired tire. Also, it was inflated to 38 pounds.!!!!!!! Other tires were not checked, and they were 28 pounds. Needless to say, I immediately let some of the air out of tire.! I do appreciate getting my tire fixed in a timely manner, and price of $20 was reasonable. I just wish the other matters had been addressed.

They need to use the phone number given to them to contact us. Second time this has happened to me here

Take my car here every time and this was my worst visit yet. 2 hrs for a oil change and tire rotation and not much going on in the shop. Watched two shop guys telling stories for 10 minutes while holding his impact gun. Guy at counter was not good either. Maybe it was a bad day for them.

Very easy to set up appointment online even when store was closed. Got in slightly ahead of scheduled time.alignment completed in a timely manner. Did not appreciate them trying to sell (which were declined) services I had not requested. Technician left all the clips UNCLIPPED on air filter cover-potentialy letting a lot of dirt in-- found when I changed filter myself the next day.. Also -person driving car when finished must be a smoker. (I am not) made interior smell very much like nasty old cigarettes!! Hard to get that smell out...You need to have a non -smoker to do that job!!
