Got tires on sale happy with price.

Big o has helped me a lot. I had a problem with my rim and no where else in town knew how to help took it to big o they got me in right away knew how to fix it and took care of the problem right away. I'll always go back to big o!

Very friendly and helpful

I appreciated the fact that one of the managers transported me home while my vehicle was being serviced and picked me up from home when my car was repaired. When there were subsequent problems with the repair that caused me a tremendous amount of stress Big O acknowledged their oversight and assisted me in resolving all of the issues, legal and otherwise, until my car was completely repaired.

They got us in and out fast! Right at closing time. We were traveling to Colorado and our trailer tire blew out. They were really friendly and easy to work with. The even gave us a bulb for the trailer light! Cheap, great service, and nice people. Totally recommend to anyone.

I moved to Enid a year ago and went to Hibdons because that is the tire company I used for the last 14 years in Tulsa. Unfortunately not the same service. Needless to say I miss my old Hibdons. I decided I was done with the poor customer service and decided to give your company a try. There are very limited choices in Enid. The word around town is the local businesses do not give good customer service because they don't have to they know we have no choice but to use them. I think they would want to give better service in order to prevent customers like me from going to Stillwater or OKC rather than support the local economy. Anyway your new store manager (I am so sorry he gave me his card, number and everything but I don't have it on me) he is from Missouri I believe. He was amazing! Friendly. Informative. Listened. Did not talk down to me and assume I know nothing because I am a woman (our Dad taught us a lot about cars never assume). Bottom line he IS the reason I will be a repeat customer. I told my family and friends about my experience they indicated they had, had trouble at both tire locations in Enid. I encouraged them to try yours again because good management CAN make the difference. Thank you for your service. I hope he stays around.

Very easy to set up appointment online even when store was closed. Got in slightly ahead of scheduled time.alignment completed in a timely manner. Did not appreciate them trying to sell (which were declined) services I had not requested. Technician left all the clips UNCLIPPED on air filter cover-potentialy letting a lot of dirt in-- found when I changed filter myself the next day.. Also -person driving car when finished must be a smoker. (I am not) made interior smell very much like nasty old cigarettes!! Hard to get that smell out...You need to have a non -smoker to do that job!!

had tire rotation got in and out in less than a hour.

I've always had good service but for some reason they can't seem to get an alignment right on my truck. I'll be taking it in for a 3rd time to see if they can get it.

Never been disappointed at this Big O store.

My experience at Big o Tire as usual was great the people are very friendly and seemed like they were knowledgeable about what they're doing , problem with them is the quality of work and I'll leave it at that, but my last visit was great and my brakes seem to be working like new so new management better service for now

Service was excellent, and the guys they're know exactly what they're doing. I would definitely recommend Big O to any of my friends or family.

I was disappointed in the price, 93 bucks to get my oil changed and tires rotated. 36 of that was for the tire rotation? 5 minutes with a impact wrench is worth $36? Second time in a row I've been disappointed in this store.

I always have a great experience when I bring my car in. I have been using Big O Tires for several years. They get me in and out in a timely manner. The staff is always very friendly.
