Ronnie and Jake did a great job explaining the problems and the solution. The one issue I thought I had (bad buttery) was not an issue. So rather than change it out anyway, they told me it was fine (honesty). While one of the issues would not recreate during the visit, I’m still happy with the service.

The gentlemen were quick to help me when I walked in, treated me with respect, completed the service on my car quickly, and got me on my way. They even gave us the option of switching the channel in the waiting room to whatever we wanted, which I appreciated. It was quick and painless!

I trust these people. My car service schedule called for brake fluid change. Big O people looked at it and said it looked fine - no need to change. I save a lot of money by not taking car to a DEALER for scheduled maintainence. I also know they will only perform work that is necessary.

Dealer could not even quote the service I requested (or would not) and when pushed were going to be quite a bit higher than I paid.
