Big O Tires

Was a great experience . Only thing I would change is maybe going over the road hazard warranty but its not anything you cant read. Like I saw it has reimbursement for towing etc. Took the amount time I was quoted which i have to say has maybe happened twice in my experience of having a car serviced EVEN with an appointment. And thats from the high end dealers such as Lexus down to Nissan and even a Firestone and such. Would definitely use again.

They were very welcoming upon arriving and was able to find exactly what I needed. They were very kind and helpful. They clearly communicated the price before moving forward and the approximate amount of time it would take. They completed the job in a timely manner and early.

Big Os installed new tires and wheels on my truck as well as a leveling kit. My truck was transformed! It looks amazing. I elected to go with bigger tires and I hand selected my new wheels. Jake gave me fantastic service there and was always very helpful and knowledgeable. They did wonderful work and I am very happy with how my truck looks, rides, and feels!

I am always greeted with a small at Big O tires. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. There aren’t any hidden fees, the price of repairs is discussed upfront. I’m just very pleased with how I’m treated and I highly recommend to everyone.

Tire light came on with the cold weather and I pulled in and checked out and in about 10 minutes, I was on my way. No charge. They were very helpful. I'll buy from them in the future.

Best experience at an auto shop ever! Being a woman, I am often hesitant to get work done on my car alone, even though Im pretty knowledgeable. These guys were honest, very kind and never once made me uncomfortable! They even saved parts from my car to show me what they did / why they had to do what they did. And they beat the dealership price by a ton. The dealership sucks anyhow and will never have my business again, but these guys absolutely will!
