The alignment turned out great and a good price. The oil change price for full synthetic was phenomenal too. But two things really were iffy. First is telling them that my car is a GM car and the engine requires dexos, the service advisor thought I was speaking in another language. And because I have a spark and my filter is rare, I tend to supply my own, so I left it on my seat and said I had one but they said they dont install outside parts, so fine. Cars all set, I get in and see my filter is gone. I figure they did actually install it. However, I noticed on the receipt they put 5 quarts of oil even though the engine calls for 4. Checked the dipstick and its overfilled. Went underneath and saw a napa gold filter. So they overfilled my car and stole my wix filter.

Jonathan and Marcus were very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, respectful, and accommodating. They gave me very detailed information on which to make my decision about having my brakes installed with Midas. Like ceramic brake pads versus other brake pads. He explained the lifetime guarantee on my brakes and said that I could stop in at any Midas and have them replaced.

Came in with 0 wiper fluid.....left with 0 wiper fluid said was checked
