We had issues with our breaks as we were headed to a theme park nearby. Jordan, the young man who checked me in, was extremely helpful in getting my family to our theme park and later myself when things didn’t go smoothly with our car. He then drove the car to us at the end of the day, saving us both time and money! Coins not be happier with Jordan, Henry, and the other young man who drove me to the park.

I was a walk-in. Jordan and Store Manager (Cliff? Sorry, I forgot your name.) immediately worked me in to the schedule and the shop completed the the work in a timely, professional manner. I was shown what needed repairs before I signed up for them, and the mechanics explained the working of the systems, and the best ways to keep them running well. Everything was repaired back to like new performance. I was so impressed, I had my granddaughter take her car to Midas the next day and she had a brake job done. Again, Cliff (? store manager) explained the working and the wear patterns and best prctices to repair and maintain the braking systems.

I didn’t want to spend all day waiting to get my brakes changed/checked, so I just went in to schedule an appointment to get it looked over and see how long it would take and cost me. The associate that assisted me was friendly and provided amble information on the brakes itself and recommendations on what to do, as well as the expected cost. He told me it would take an hour to have my car finished, and would call to let me know when it’s ready. So I walked around the area, and I received the call to pay and pick up my car and found that the service took way less than that. Overall I was relieved I didn’t have to spend too much time waiting for my car and got informed on what was going on and the best method to remedy it. Happy and satisfied with the service at Midas!
