The guy running the front desk he was professional and understanding. The midas in Matthews NC on Independence blvd. I have never been to a place which helps you finance the service. If it wasn’t for him informing me and be patient with all my questions my car would not be fixed.

Took car, made inspection and recommended work, which approved Work done when the Service Writer said it would andd made suggestions for future work. Will return in 3 weeks to have done. EJ Jones

Greg was friendly and knowledgeable? he answered the phone right away when I called to find out if they had time to change my oil and how much it would be? they did have time around 3 that day and I made an appointment to come in at that time. I got there a little early and although they seemed somewhat busy they were able to start on my service right on time. The person that actually did my oil change (I can?t for the life of me remember his name) was also very friendly and knowledgeable and communicated a few things that I need to get done in the near future? I knew I needed tires and he confirmed that? I?ll definitely return to this location for any and all of my future car repairs and maintenance!
