Greg was friendly and knowledgeable? he answered the phone right away when I called to find out if they had time to change my oil and how much it would be? they did have time around 3 that day and I made an appointment to come in at that time. I got there a little early and although they seemed somewhat busy they were able to start on my service right on time. The person that actually did my oil change (I can?t for the life of me remember his name) was also very friendly and knowledgeable and communicated a few things that I need to get done in the near future? I knew I needed tires and he confirmed that? I?ll definitely return to this location for any and all of my future car repairs and maintenance!

I was able to scedule online, A mechanic from the store called me back to confirm the appointment, when I arrived, i was greeted by the person with a big smile on his face. He knew I was going to be waiting. He took the car in to do the work and told me how long itwoulf be. It was completed in lesss time and he recommended other service that je suggested that should be done in the future, The price was as it was stated. I was able to send my boyfriend in w my car at 4pm for a new alternator, and by the time I got out of work to come pick him up, my car was ready for me!! An hour and a half and my cars like new again!

Two words: thorough and professional.

Was scheduled for the exhaust service at another provider. That provider fumbled the appointment. There is a Midas close to me so I drove by to see what kind of wait I was looking at on Saturday. Wait time was shorter than I expected. Price was about the same so I elected to choose Midas. I felt it was a good choice. The quality of the parts and the welds surprised me. Extremely satisfied.
