It was easy to schedule. Serviced within a half hour of being there.

The team worked through the exhaust issue (replacing/welding) a piece of pipe and totally eliminated the exhaust leak. Was able to get my truck inspected once the repair was completed. The team did a great job.

Ive been going to this Midas since 2005 when I moved to Charlotte. They always take good care of my cars. Ive had a Mitsubishi Diamanté, Ford Expedition, Nissan Pathfinder & VW Passat. Even with the change in management, they look out for me.

Brian. Manager of Midas, Mathews, NC was honest, prompt, friendly, and dependable. I had an electrical issue that he could not isolate and asked me to leave the vehicle overnight. He put his master mechanic on it most of the next day but still no luck. Brian would not charge me because he felt he did not resolve my issue. My wife said, "take it to Midas - they've always been good to us." How could anyone not feel they made the right decision?
