The scheduling was easy, first time idling on-line appt. feature. The mechanic was wonderful and explained what he would recommend. I knew one of the items needed done, and had already bought the filter. The other I did t know about, but he took the time to explain what it was, the cost and what the total cost of my service would be. He also said hello and waved when I picked the car up. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service. I find this Midas location to be honest and fair and recommend them.

Overall customer service. From the front greeting to services perform. The explanations of service to be performed is clearly explained. Excellent Technician performing the work, Chris, and a great Manager, Marco! Like the text message regarding the status of the work and pictures to explain! Helpful. Shop is clean and neat. Labor a bit high, however, the economy has created some of that.

The young lady behind the counter and the gentleman that painted my catalytic converter was very professional and friendly. I took two vehicles there and both times i spent no more than 15 minutes total in the shop, so they were very efficient. I would highly recommend this shop and will be doing business there again.
