A little understaffed, took a little while (2 hours), but I would rather bring my vehicle to Midas and wait for qualified individuals to work on my care rather than bring it to some place like Jiffy Lube. The wait is never an issue as the lobby is comfortable and I always bring something to work on.

These folks.took care of my wife's car, made appropriate recommendations, and completed repairs on time and true to the estimate.

Original brakeservice in 2/2023, but a squeak in the driver's side wheel. I brought the vehicle back this week, dropped it off and was provided a loaner. My car was fixed by lunchtime and the situation explained to me. They were also able to fit in a state inspection while they had the car. Very satisfied by the results all around and service given.

Marcos and the team were absolutely incredible. Our daughters attend Appalachian State and had driven from Boone, NC to Richmond. When they arrived, we asked how the van had done. The 2011 Honda mom minivan with 235K miles. They said it was shuddering coming down the mountain and I thought brakes. We had the pads changed last summer, but it needed new brakes, struts, rotors, etc. So before we felt comfortable heading back home to New York, I called Midas. I used Midas exclusively when we lived in Richmond and trust Mark's team with everything car related. Imagine my relief when I found out he was the owner of the Hull Street Road Midas. Marcos could not have been kinder and explained everything. He even checked all fluids and alerted us to a power steering issue that we can address this summer before the van heads back to Boone in August! We made it home yesterday and appreciate this service very much! A fan for life! Thank you!
