Very good experience. They got me in and taken care of on the same day. Friendly and knowledgeable service.

The on line appointment was easy to set up. However I had chosen the “drop off “ option by accident, Marco didn’t hesitate to change his service schedule to accommodate my needs and got me a round trip ride home so I wouldn’t need to wait at the store for an oil change. I thanked Marco Kotze for his kindness as I had just finished with the second family funeral that I had to deal with in the last four weeks. I didn’t mean to mention my struggles, Marco was just a kind and sincere person who I was fortunate enough to deal with. When I picked up my car Marco said that he had applied a coupon to my service charge, “because he wanted to”. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture. I feel cared for. It’s not the money, though that always helps, but the down right kindness. Thank you so much.

Well I have been coming here for a little over a year now because of a coupon that was given to teachers. I have felt that the staff was competent, but more important that I could trust what they tell me. Instead of facing a sales pitch to get more money I feel like I was told what was needed.

The staff is friendly, professional and welcoming! I called to schedule an appt for an inspection and had the pleasure of speaking with Marco. He was professional and made me feel welcomed with his humor. He was quickly able to set my appt that suited my schedule. When I dropped off my car the clerk at the counter was also very polite and professional. I love how she went over my expected charges and confirmed when I needed my car returned. Marco called when my car was ready and explained all of his findings ans concerns, again with a fantastic demeanor and his witty charm. I’ve been going to Midas for years. The owners are friendly and great people. They hire knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Everyone is honest and professional. I always have great service. And the courtesy car bonus is fantastic. I would come here regardless but that really seals the deal. I love their community charity work also. Glad I found this place way back when.
