Excellent customer service. That includes from the front desk to the mechanic and the Manager. Making appointment with Sham is a pleasure. Very polite and always addresses me appropriately. One can tell he has a smile on his face. Chris - the best Mechanic ever. Knows the vehicle inside and out (at least mine). Explains what needs to be done and shares a picture, which is helpful. Marco, the Manager runs a great shop. If something isn't right he will step right up and I have found that never to be case with me. He is hands on as well in the shop with his team when he can be, remembering he has to run the desk as well. Keep up the great work!

I have gone to this Midas location for years. They have always been honest with me, have very fair pricing, and given me multiple options depending what has been wrong with my vehicle. Their employees are friendly and easy to talk to and my car has always been ready very quickly. I typically drop off the night before and my car is usually ready before 9 AM the next day.

I wad very pleased with the exceptional honest service from this location.As promised they performed the work on my car with no surprises.

The honestly with Midas is unmatched. I used to always bring my vehicles to the actual dealerships but after Marco was able to break things down for me from an inspection through Toyota, I will never do that again and Midas has earned my business forever.
