Midas staff is wonderful at communication. My vehicle was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation with an overall check-up. The technician contacted me and explained the issue that were found and gave a realist estimate of time and cost. Very Happy with the overall experience.

Having been using this Midas about 7 years. Have seen some associates come and go but always have had a very satisfied experience from the front customer service, to the manager customer service and the technicians. There were two favorite technicians but one has moved on as well as the best Manager this Midas ever had. I recently met Hannah at the front, missed Roland at the front and I met Chris, new Manger. Still have Chris, the Technician who is familiar with my vehicle...hope he doesn't move on. Midas always recommends what needs to be done and explains in detail the situation, the cost and what will be done with my permission. Really like the text messages regarding updates and pictures showing the issue and the pictures of the results. My son has all of his company vehicles serviced at this Midas along with his personal vehicles. You can see its a family affair. Please keep up the good work. When people come and go don't falter!

These guys take good care of my car . They all are so wonderful and have the favorable attitude. The guys welcome you with a smile and explain to the last detail of what is going on with your car . "I brought my Elantra in for a coolant system check & though it tested fine (during cool weather), they offered to recheck it for free on a hotter day (2 days later) & found a clog in the line. I thought something was amiss!! Great service."
