Start to finish. The associate was very helpful by giving and estimate on what it would be. The technician calling to say what it was and the pricing where close. Took no time to pick up my vehicle. I will always use Midas for any of my vehicles. Thank you Midas for taking care of your clients vehicles.

Had my oil changed. They found a brake light out. Had it replaced. Very grateful.

"You'll understand the title in a minute. I needed my State safety inspection done, and most places around me are first-come first-serve. Since I have to wait on my car, that isn't really an option. Midas was willing to schedule it, so they win. The car passed inspection no problems, but the service manager pointed out a very small oil leak from the valve head cover. I decided to have it fixed... And this is where the ""fun"" begins. They ordered the part from NAPA. It arrived damaged. They ordered another from NAPA and installed it. It broke almost immediately. They signed out the courtesy car to me, and ordered another part from Advance Auto, which they installed the next day. At my request, they took the car out to ensure the valve seal would hold, it did. And everything seems fine now. So, why 5 stars after a two day fiasco? Because the team at Midas owned it. 1. Easy to make appt. for service which included waiting for vehicle - many auto service companies in area discourage waiting or flat out refuse such appt.s. 2. Wait time was shorter than I thought it would be - yeah! 3. Associates nice/friendly/positive. 4 Good location - easy and quick to get to from my home.

Vehicle was pulled in for service at exactly 2:55 for a 3:00 appointment. The manager at the time-We had an outstanding conversation about people today. A customer came in requesting service and she was not a pleasant person to deal with and the manager handle the situation with OUTSTANDING patience...KUDOS given!!!

I was immediately greeted by Hannah, checked in and witnessed her interactions with several other customers. She was professional, and strives to meet everyone’s needs. The manager, Chris was amazing, greeted me and apologized for my wait (even though it had only been 30 minutes). He I formed me of my vehicle needing breaks and discussed options, providing me a clear breakdown of pricing.
