Originally I was scheduled for an oil change at Firestone but they not only misplaced my appointment but never notified me That's when I went to Midas and met Wilson and he scheduled me for an appointment and everything was smooth with minimal waiting time; right away I could feel the difference in how my car was running I will definitely be telling my friends and returning to this location

I had major problems with my car and Chris really stepped up to help me. He was very honest with what the could and could not do to help me and gave me an honest assessment of what I needed to do.Highly recommend!!

Another Midas location replaced rotors and brake pads a couple of months ago. They not only used the wrong products for my car, they also did very inferior work so that I have had issue with the car since the repair. That Midas franchise closed. The Hoover Midas owner not only fixed the other location's poor work, he called regional to make sure I got replacement parts at no charge. He only charged me labor, saving me having to pay twice for the brakes. This owner was most sincere in wanting to help and do the right thing. They definitely have won a new customer!!!

Cheapest place I've found to get an oil change. Service was fast this time. Enjoyed talking with the desk man.

After checkingmy vehicle, they went further to find a manufacturers recall on my vhicle that was relstef to my vehicle's problem, saving me both extra time AND money, for which I am truly grateful.

The tires were shipped in earlier than expected. The man(Wilson) I spoke with over the phone and at the Midas location(Hoover) was very personable and made the visit feel more welcoming than anything. I enjoyed the visit.
