Wilson was wonderful - patient with all my questions and understanding.

I was having vibrations from the tires. I had bought the tires in November 2023 and experienced shaking and vibration from the first drive after installation. Until now. After I took my truck into Midas in Hoover Alabama it is riding like a brand new one. The technician did an excellent job servicing my tires.

Midas did a great job making sure my car was finished quickly and efficiently!! 10/10 recommend.

I feel like I get more service for my money. I get more bang for the buck nowadays that means a lot. I’ll gladly wait an hour to save 50% compared to other so called quick service oil services.

Tim was very professional and kind. He was upfront about price. He helped me use my coupons. He even stayed after close when he had to wait on me to get back up to the store.

I am very pleased with this location. I called Friday morning and was able to get my appointment scheduled for later that evening after I got off work, and the prices were very reasonable.
