The staff is very friendly when I come into the shop to drop off my vehicle and when I call with questions. The staff keeps me updated on the progress on the repairs of my vehicle.they go above and beyond and I would recommend Midas to everyone who wants to deal with a friendly staff who cares about ur questions and concerns.

Service was great

Technician met me in the parking lot, friendly quick service, wonderful pricing, they offered complimentary bottled water, 2 tvs so had a variety of shows to watch. Clean lobby and bathroom, comfortable seating, ease of checkout and clear recommendations. Paperwork came in a nice envelope for ease of keeping it all together.

Had my husbands truck and my van needing tires. They hooked us up with great tires and service. Also had oil change in my van. Completely satisfied with the work and the staff. Will be returning!!

The Florence Midas team are a good group of guys.They are very professional guy especially Ernest, and Chris. Even when I don’t have work done on my car they are really professional workers. I also deliver parts to this Midas as well. When I have to deliver heavy parts to them someone will come and assist me.

We were in a tight spot on vacation our car broke down enroute to our destination. Were were taken care of immediately to get us on our way. And where as being out of town I fully expected to end up paying through the nose, I was floored by how reasonably priced. We were shown and explained exactly what would be done and was completed so quickly

The service was excellent. The work was described in detail and nothing was done until I approved it. Great shop!

I was very pleased with the work done on my car. The manager Tilley even let me know that the front end alignment was within the standard margin and he saved me that expense. I so appreciate his honesty.
