The Midas off Sam Rittenberg in Charleston have the best staff. So helpful, kind, and knowledgeable…. The best oil change/tire rotation place I have ever experienced. They truly go out of their way for their customers!

The woman that I worked with there was not only very nice, but explained everything to me so that I totally understood the work that was being done and the price I was paying for it. She kept me abreast of when my vehicle would be ready too.

Other than scheduling the appointment, which I was supposed to hear from them within an hour, I called after 2 hours, wasn't on schedule when I got there. The guy who did my oil change put the wrong mileage on the tag

Mariah (sorry if spelled wrong) was super super helpful. I was overall highly satisfied with the service. The reason I was not satisfied with the scheduling was my truck. It was NOT in your system which was aggravating it’s a dodge ram 1500 4x4 but I couldn’t find it. When I called I spoke with Mariah and she was awesome and got everything squared away

A light came on my dash a week prior to my visit. Hoping that it would go away, but not wanting to take any chances - I scheduled an appointment. Little did I know the light on my dash was just for low tire pressure and not something falling apart in my engine. The workers did a great job of explaining it to me and not making me feel stupid for not knowing what the dash light meant. I appreciate their help and care!
