They got me in the same day that I requested an appointment. Service was quick and friendly. Gave me honest recommendations about needing new tires and provided a quote. I went back today and purchased 4 new tires and an alignment based on their recommendation.

I went to Midas because I needed a catalytic converter. replacement. Bret was very friendly over the phone and in person which made me more at ease when coming into the shop. They have multiple payment options which is very helpful since certain car repairs can get very expensive. They also had a loaner car for me while my car was in the shop which was convenient.

They were extremely helpful honest during the whole process. They have quick service and the loaner vehicle is worth it in itself. Also price was well lower than other quotes and the work was amazing.

Amber Pierce was incredible, I was a walk-in (not scheduled appointment) and asked for availability for an oil change. She was quick to greet me and get me in and out in less than an hour. The current oil change promotion was an incredible value versus other retailers in the area, and was impressed with the level of service provided . Please be sure to recognize her!

My braking became spongy and I was given the run around at 2 places I'd been before. The young lady and mechanic got it right up and inspected it and told me what it would need (NOT the apocalypse they had thought elsewhere). Took very good care of a frightened woman. Thank you!
