I would like for the brakes job to not cost so much. We paid 689 dollars just for the back brakes to be done. The service tech thought we needed a break flush as well but 689 dollars for a break job was out of line.

I will not bring my vehicle back to Midas.

i am a regular customer and always satisfied with the all service i receive...however for some reason i DID NOT receive a fully filled out courtesy check list form the past 2 times i visited ...to me it just shows that the tech took the time to fully inspect my vehicle for any other issues.. i always appreciated the effort and made me feel more comfortable knowing that my vehicle was in good driving condition...

My car mat has oil/black type foot stains on it. The hood has black fingerprinta from where they raised or lowered the hood. Not happy with the service.

Work was done faster than I thought I had wheel bearing on both front wheels brakes and rotors replaced driver side wheel bearing sounds worse then before I?m going to come back to see what problem is apart for that customer service was great

I have been lied to from 2 different managers

They charged me $2000 for a problem they knew they couldn't fix! Would not refund my money. Corporate did nothing to resolve the issue. Wont give you owner information to be able to take them to small claims court. (NOW) I I WOULDN'T LET THEM PUT AIR IN M

I'd never ever take my vehicle back to your company. I'm guessing if the same manager that was there when I went sees this review he'll want to retaliate on me as well as he did with the others. When did your company lower its standards for honest hardwork
