I randomly stopped in for an oil change. The guys (George & Jason) were able to get me in ASAP, which made me extremely happy. The guys are ALWAYS kind and courteous and take care of my vehicle needs without any issues. While I was waiting in the lobby, a lady (with an attitude I must say) walked in wanting an oil change. She was pretty demanding and a bit rude, if you ask me. Jason was able to talk to her, explain a few things and calmed her right down! That's great customer service if you ask me!. I always love having the guys at the Lake Jackson Midas help me with my vehicle needs! I hope all the guys are well compensated and treated with respect by their superiors -- they do their job with integrity and compassion!

Figured out what was going on quickly and had it done in 24 hours. Nice turnaround being the parts had to be ordered. Much better place than the last time we were here with our Jeep. Ty

Jason is always friendly when I walk through the door. I had an emergency with my car, swung into the shop close to closing time but the men at Midas took great care of me with no complaints about having to stay a little late. I had to leave my car overnight x2 and all communication as to why, what parts were needed, what the grand total was clear and concise. Jason always takes good care of me no matter what my vehicle needs done! I feel I can trust Midas with all my vehicle issues/fixes. THANK YOU --Jess

Went in to get my headlights changed out. Midas was very helpful. Did some research to find my headlights & took care of me right away. Great service. Definitely recommend these guys.
