The front desk personnel was kind, attentive and answered my questions. They provided me with a list of things that needed work, but understood I could not afford to do anything but get my oil changed at that time.

The appointment check in was very professional and done very fast. The person who checked me in did an outstanding job, the oil change took only a few minutes and I was on my way to enjoy the rest of my day.

The day i went in and got a estimate they were quick and efficient. Very kind and polite. The day I went and had it put on they were very fast. It only took them about 45 min.

This was our first experience with Midas on Harbison Blvd in Columbia SC. We were very pleased with the way the handled our vehicle and my daughter’s nail in her tire. We will definitely be back!
