The service was expected to get completed next day and was instead done by end of day, which was great. Then, I was also offered a loaner car in case the car wasn’t done for the day. This was so nice, no one ever offers a loaner car.

I dropped my car off and didn’t have an appointment. I normally schedule appointments with them but I ran over a screw that punctured my tire so I had to drive straight to the Midas. I anticipated all day wait because they are always so booked. They worked my car in and repaired my tire under my road hazard guarantee.
