Let’s start with when I called to ask if I could bring my car in… I was greeted with kindness. So much so- I felt reassured. In the middle of evacuation, I called and asked if I could bring my car over for a tire patch. The person who answered talked to me like I was family. Calm and loving. Mind you, I only asked like a normal ordinary unpanicked ask. I called other stores (competitors) and they said yes but skoffed. Or were annoyed overworked and frightened. My Midas store was calm and loving. A weird word to use but it’s true. I drive out to them and that loving vibe continued. I watched as it was extended to everyone who came in. People were afraid and this store “tended to” - it was incredible. I already am a customer of Midas on 52nd but this experience took me by surprise. Always been a friendly store but this was friendliness in a hurricane! Wow. What a good store. Clerks mechanics and manager. Wow.

Made appointment on line which was very easy. Once there I got in right away and with a couple tech doing the job I was finished and out in no time. Very friendly place too good care of my care and pointed out an issue that we will keep an eye on.
