Scheduled an appointment on line, My vehicle was taken to the bay as soon as I arrived. The tech showed me the difference in tire tread on two of the four tires which was a vast difference. All four tires were purchased in Dec 2021. Because he pointed it out to me I went to the tire store where I purchased. The tires had a tread warranty which enabled replacement. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and professional.

Took my new car for 5000-mile first oil change & tire rotation. Folks at the shop were quick and professional. My coupon was accepted without any issues - hidden charges. Received complimentary bumper to bumper inspection that I can access online for my records. Very satisfied, will go back for 10k maintenance.
