I had no appointment, but I did have a tire going flat. Guys worked me in, explained the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes on a very busy Saturday. Very satisfied with the job fixing my tire. I have used this Midas location before and will again.

I came to this location in an emergency situation (screw in tire) and was immediately helped. I had my 5yr old with me and we received excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. I can’t say enough good things about my visit. I had a foreign object in a new tire I had purchased elsewhere. I had been advised by a different shop to go back to the original store but it was 5:00 on the Thursday evening before Easter…I was stranded with a rapidly deflating tire. The problem was relatively small but the solution seemed impossibly complex for my tired brain. I had been traveling for two days and just wanted to go home. A young lady mechanic heard the distress in my voice and had the car on the lift in a matter of minutes. She had the item removed and the tire off in seconds. Another shop had told me I needed a new tire but Midas graciously applied a patch and had me back on the road home within minutes. The gentleman that helped me with check in and payment couldn’t have been nicer. He professionally did his job while also listening to me ramble in disturbance. After paperwork he kindly sat with me for a few minutes and “talked me down.” The kindness and compassion I experienced equaled the superb service I received. I am delighted this Midas is in my community and will return now with any maintenance I need. Thank you again.
