As I put in my Google review, the staff were incredibly friendly, informative and knowledgeable, they explained all of the processes and the prices and helped me to understand how the costs breakdown in terms of the life span of the parts I was buying, and even gave me a loaner car overnight so I could get to work the next day which I was not expecting from a car shop!!!

Excellent service for my vehicle at a reasonable price, friendly and professional staff.

Took car in at time of appointment. Showed me the brake pads and what was needed. Unfortunately the price for breaks were more than another car repair company. They treat the customer fairly and do not do unnecessary repairs

I was in and out in 15 minutes. Even though it was just a battery change. It was faster than any place I have been to. The guys there were very friendly also.

Ease of scheduling timely completion of service

I always get my maintenance work done here. As a result, I have 2001 RAV4 which is still running fine. Also, the inspection report is digital (text) as well as on paper.

The detail and pictures emailed/texted to me from the inspection were excellent.

The staff really took care of me and understood that I needed a new tire so I could get home which was 2.5 hours away. They were awesome!
