It was about an hour wait until my car was done be they got me squeezed in even though I didnt have an appointment. This location is very busy

I asked for an oil change but noticed an additional problem and was able to add that concern to my ticket

Was finished in a timely matter. No complaints.

They broke the plug. Said they'd fix it for free on the next oil change, temp fix for now.

Oil change was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but the service was excellent.

I was very pleased with the customer service i received. They answered all my questions and were lightning quick to fix my vehicle. I was also given a loaner since it was expected to take a few days. Everything was completed the next business day. Very happy overall.

The guys at Midas were nice but I dont believe they are honest people. Said my car needed an alignment little did they realize just a couple months prior I had gotten an alignment done at the Toyota dealership. Also their labor costs are astronomically high to the point of robbery. Its sad when its cheaper getting work done at the actual Toyota dealership. I will 100% not be back because these guys proved they are not trustworthy and just want money.

I worked with both John's and they were so friendly and informative. Very happy with the service and the staff!

They are very nice people but the business charges a lot of money for mechanic work They would charge me $350 to only replace 4 windows strips!which i have them new ready to place them in. is this logic?

Charlie is usually always available when I call in to schedule my appointments and I try to go when he is there. He is always professional and understands my questions. I take all 3 cars there.

Has ignored me after spending 7 days there. Until 12 hours in a week. They couldn't figure out my problem. They broke my car. They sold me a tire I didn't need. And then I found out to put the wrong size tire on. No one has helped me at midas. 4 weeks ago
