Had a flat tire late in the day, leaving for a big trip the next morning. The Midas folks were able to get me checked out. I’d hoped to get the tire plugged, but the puncture was on the edge of the sidewall. The associate showed me the puncture and the manager helped me find a replacement option that fit my budget. I was in and out with a new tire in about 45 minutes. What a relief! Thank you, Midas.

Amazing location and staff. Very informative and did not try to upswell any services I did not need. Both associates disclosed accurate timeframe to which the report of my service needs would need to be fulfilled. The associates also took the time out to research the type of oil my car will need moving forward as I was not given the correct type the first time around. The newer associate also made small talk and recommended places to visit in my new town as we discussed I just moved. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will not be servicing my vehicle elsewhere moving forward.

I was called for an appointment they didn't have anymore for Saturday but he could put me in for Sunday @2:00 pm. I was a few minutes late, they put the information in and brought my car right in. I was taken out for them to show me a bubble in my tire, I didn't know it was there.
