Very friendly staff he’s name was Joseph T and clean places, they got my car in and out in a timely manner. The price was a very well price.

Very hospitable. Answered all my questions about tire size and differences in tires sold there. Found a pair in my price range that work great on my truck.

The job was big, removing tires from two vehicles, swapping them out with breaking down, mounting, then balancing 8 wheels. Three employees worked in a assembly line fashion and pretty much completed the job in half the time I expected.

The only thing I would change is please do not leave my vehicle running with no one with it. To likly to be stolen while customer is finishing up payment and paperwork.

Stopped to have tires broke off the rims. Ended up purchasing new set of four. Cause they had them in stock. I was also able to have two put on at that time without having to schedule an appointment.

Had tire rotated. Service was quick, friendly and reasonably priced.

I went to Big O with an engine problem. They gave me a quote. I called when I was ready, they got my car right in and kept me well inform during the process. The price was less than the quote and it runs better than ever! They were so nice and had explained the issue and the repair before hand. Excellent service! The repair was less expensive than the other repair shop by $300.

I made a high request with wanting an aggressive tread with low road noise. Michael suggested the Cooper Evaluation M/T. It has a very aggressive tread and is the quietest tire I've ever had on my truck! I was very impressed with the young man Hunter. A very hard worker, but he was being pulled off my job many times for something other in the shop causing a nearly two hour job on my truck tires. A small thing, but the blue coating on the white lettering was not washed off.

Kyle and the other front desk personnel were very knowledgeable, they got me the best price/value, and they were quick to finish the labor.

I was greeted by an associate as soon as I walked in and was told I would be helped as soon as the the customer ahead of me was helped, and then another associate walked in and helped me. the associate was very knowledgable of the tires I was wanting to buy and explained the price, warranty and the length of time it would take and also suggested the application for the Big O credit card. I felt that this store took care of all my concerns and answered all questions that I asked . I was very pleased with the overall experience and will be back whenever we need tires for our vehicles
