The employees are always friendly and helpful. I use this location for almost all of my car needs. On this specific day they were very busy and ran into a problem with unboxing my new alternator, they apologized and ordered a new one immediately. It took longer than normal but they kept me updated and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. It looked like they put in overtime for my alternator replacement and I appreciate the hard work.

These guys always come through for me and always fix my problems.

5 STARS!!! The Staff @ Big O Tires in Alamogordo, New Mexico are absolutely amazing. It was a very satisfying experience, the guys there were very nice and helpful, going that extra mile. Anyway, I got a flat while traveling. All the employees were very happy and eager to take care of my every need. I was burning threw rubbers left and right. Also, I had all 4 of my tires replaced on my vehicle and, you bet your as they had me in and out in no time.

With your coupons an oil change by you is about the same as Walmart. I much prefer being able to make and appointment for an oil change and get it done fairly fast.

Highly satisfied, they took good care of me and vehicle. Always keep in contact about parts ordered and arrival time of parts. Also good communication about the repair process and estimate time of completion. At no time did I have to worry or call the shop for an update. They always updated me.
