Big O Tires

I came in to check out a tire which I suspected had a nail and it turned out the damage could not be repaired. The guy waiting on me answered all my questions about both of my vehicles (the other has a tire lock and I don't have the key) and showed me all the tires available to replace and gave me the advantages of each one I was interested in. A very enjoyable experience considering the problem and expense, and they gave me a military discount which saved me about 40 dollars.

The employee recommended Nitrogen for my tires and it sounded like a great solution. I had the service done and it was quick and made me feel a lot more confident while traveling.

Everything was great! Super smooth process, short wait time for full tire replacement. My only issue is that I'll need to go in for a realignment/balance as my vehicle is now significantly more shaky at highway speeds after getting the new tires.

Needed four tires for our minivan and Big-O delivered! Service was fantastic from the greeting to the delivery. The front desk provided great info on my choices and options and some sound recommendations. The tire installation and alignment were completed quickly and I was on my way to California with the quietest tires I've ever had. Thanks Big-O

All of the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service representatives take the time to explain any issues and answer any questions. The honest mechanic actually works here at Big O!!

The only thing that they did, was to over tighten a few lug nuts. Way too tight.
