Big O Tires

I brought my truck in for a free rotation and tire balance. It took 2 1/2 hours. I'm glad I just walked in off the street and didn't have an appointment or I would have been very unhappy.

My truck rides nice and has a great appearance. No issues.Thank you

Had a slow leak in tire last week and took car in on Friday morning. Was told they could help but there were 8 cars ahead of me. They get in a load of tires on Friday and are always busing on Friday AM. I left the car and by early afternoon they had fixed the tire and I picked up the car. They were straight with me and I much appreciate that way of dealing with customers

We work with Big O Tires on a daily basis and appreciate all they do for our local business. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I always take my vehicles in to Big O for repairs and rotations, but so do a lot of people, so sometimes I have to wait an hour or more. I just take my tablet and do my morning emails and internet searches through their guest wifi. They're courteous and helpful if I have any questions, and they have always done a good job for me.

Service was on point...friendly staff and made sure I was comfortable and take care...asked if I needed to go anywhere while I waited and that they would be happy to take me where I needed to go....Great place

Very happy with the prompt service.I rate the cleanliness average because the men's restroom needed cleaning, I was there 8 am.

I had a pressure senser go bad. Three were reading ok but then was told 2 were bad. $150 is too expensive.

Tires were install and lug nuts were tightened properly...good price... fast service

I purchased four ATV tires on Wednesday. Before I made the deal, I shopped tires locally and on the internet for my best deal. Although I could have purchased the tires on the internet and saved over $20.00 PER TIRE, I decided, like usual- to do business with my local vendors. I was assured that I would have these tires purchased AND mounted for the TOTAL sum of $440.00. After the tires were mounted, I was handed a bill for $490.00!!! I asked what the extra $50.00 was for. Now I understand about the tax, but the CLERK/CASHIER looked at his supervisor and asked "What's the extra $22.00 for?" The supervisor said "It's a standard charge for shop supplies and valve stems." Note: Even your clerk was unaware of the "standard" charges? When I asked your man on the phone how much these tires were going to cost me, he SHOULD have told me about the STANDARD charges. FAIL, Big O!!! Gregg

After taking in our vehicle it still had problems with the alignment. We took it back and they fixed the problem right away.

Bought four new Big O tires and had oil changed with Valvoline 5w-30 full synthetic oil.

This team helped us out with ease, and pride in their work. We were an out-of-town bus with a flat tire. They helped us out as if we were part of their family. We appreciate the help, and kindness we received.
