Ted Martinez after documented what services I needed he went the extra mile to make sure that if I needed anything else and he arrangement for me to make sure I had transportation to have somebody take me home cause what I needed done to my vehicle was going to take longer then expected cause they were busy that day. My spouse and I were visiting Silver City with our 5th wheel. It was time that the vehicle was serviced and I contacted Big O to have the oil changed and the steering components lubricated. Having a vehicle properly serviced when you are travelling is very important if you do not want to be stuck on the side of the highway broken down. Big O is known for doing good mechanical work besides tires.
