Big O Tires

Took truck to have work done,they repaired all that I asked for, but had slight issue with brakes.Took truck back and they corrected the issue with no cost to me.Have had work done at other shops,but had issues with them. None with Big O of Silver City.

Knowledgeable, fast. Great product. We go there every time we need tires. Been a customer of this location for years.

The folks at the store are nice, helpful, and very good about explaining what needs to be done and why. They are always so friendly and pleasant. They have been very good at making sure that we accomplish the maintenance that needs to be done.

I was recently widowed and I am driving a Ram with Cummins diesel. It is not something I have had to be familiar with before this. Big O in Silver City has offered me good suggestions, and provided me with great service. I confessed to being a widow and rather than take advantage of my minimal knowledge they provided me with information so I could make good decisions.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
